Planet Diversity World Congress on the Future of Food and Agriculture

Bonn Local Office

the Planet Diversity office in Bonn opened on November 15th, 2007 and closed at the end of July, 2008. The local office was hosted by  IFOAM, the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements

Thanks to the energy and dedication of the Bonn office staff, interns and local organizing committee, we were able to:

  • win the participation and the help of more than 100 local volunteers,
  • offer hospitality in local homes to 80 participants from all over the world,
  • support the Planet Diversity demonstration and organize a public Festival of Diversity that attracted thousands of local residents and enabled conference participants from all over the world to meet many local and national organisations and individuals.

The Bonn office staff included: Anna Gyorgy, Zoe Heuschkel, Lena Horleman, Andrea Siedler, Lena Esser and interns Lea Schenkelberg and Thomas Fäth.
